One of the heaviest duty kitchen scissors that we have ever seen! Truly beautiful. One blade is smooth and the other is slightly serrated behind the edge, which help when cutting poultry and other proteins. We've found these to be great for heavy duty fish and seafood cleaning and breaking, as well as fine work such as herbs or produce. They are stainless steel and great for wet environments, although we would still recommend keeping them dry when not in use. They can easily be taken apart and resharpened.

Pallares is a third generation family run company in Solsona, Spain.
